Gorillapod Flexible Camera Tripod

A Gorillapod is not a small group of wandering primates; rather, it is a flexible camera tripod that consists of dozens of articulating ball-and-socket joints that allow you to secure your camera to almost any object. The Gorillapod tripod is perfect for the shutterbug on the go. It’s small size means you can toss it in your pocket or backpack. The Gorillapod provides all the benefits of a traditional tripod: namely, steadying a camera in low light situations such as parties or restaurants or taking timed group photos. But, the Gorillapod can do a lot more than your average tripod. You can wrap its legs around a branch, pole, or the back of a chair. Any place you can imagine, you can set up the Gorillapod. @glimb393 well if you know any females (the ones worth hangin with anyways), you would know they convert many things into dildos,, brushes probably being the #1 thing. But yes, that looks fun, its even ribbed for her pleasure :-D

@MrKaramjbara The SLR Gorillapod is rated up to 1.75 lbs. So, to be safe, we’d say “no”, it won’t work.

  5. MrKaramjbara says:

my slr camera is 2 lbs so, can any of those tripods hold it?

There’s a frightening number of innuendos in this.

Pods wrapped around bed posts, guy fondling with the hood of his car.
    The term “Quick Release”

@magodesd It’s not THAT flexible that it’s going to flop around all over the place. It’s flexible, but still rather stiff so it’s going to hold its position after you set it.

I’m thinking about getting one of these as well, but my only concern with the gorilla pod is that it’s difficult to get a level shot. I mean, since it is SO flexible is it hard to get it set up for just a level, straight shot? It seems like it was always be cocked just a bit for a bunch of crooked shots. Am I worried about nothing?

Is it me or does it kinda look like a dildo at 0:06?

  10. vat19com says:

@JimmySockets We see no reason why the Gorillapod wouldn’t work in this setup.

I have a Kodak Play Sport, I do a lot of golfing and I hate having to ask someone to hold the camera for me while I shoot. Will this fit the Play Sport and would it be able to hold onto my pull cart/golf bag?

  12. vat19com says:

@652preppyboy Correct. As long as it meets the weight requirements.

  13. 652preppyboy says:
